Nick Milson Joins Harrowden
He has more than seven years experience in the landscaping sector. Not only that but the turf industry has been at the heart of that experience. Nick boasts a genuine passion for the challenges, the unpredictability, and the people who make this industry what it is.
Nick says: –
“Turf may seem like a simple product. But anyone who has worked with it knows that behind every roll lies a world of weather patterns, customer needs and environmental considerations. It is an ever-moving supply landscape. It’s precisely that mixture of complexity and opportunity that I love.”
Nick has joined the business as Regional Sales Manager. He will be working closely with another recent recruit, Lee Burton as well as a range of customers. The focus has to be to understand their needs, their pressures and their long-term goals.
“Success isn’t just a transaction—it’s the creation of mutually beneficial solutions that grow into long-standing trading relationships. I take real pride in helping customers deliver projects that make a visual and practical difference to the spaces they shape.”
Both Nick and Lee agree it is an exciting time in the horticulture sector.

The natural benefits that healthy landscapes, turf, sedum and wildflower environments bring—from biodiversity to wellbeing—are becoming increasingly recognised, and it’s exciting to be part of an industry that sits at the forefront of that movement.”
Nick is looking forward to expanding his knowledge across a broader product range. Sedum is new to him but Nick already values its versatility, the opportunities for design that it brings and its vital role in urban greening.
Since joining the team, Nick says he has been struck by the warmth, commitment and shared purpose that runs through the business.
