We are one of the UK’s leading growers of wildflower and sedum mats, a business built on our 50 years’ experience in the lawn turf industry. We have an exciting opportunity at our Feltwell (Norfolk) farm and are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual with a passion for working outdoors. Our small team are multi-skilled – and able to perform manual work with the same energy and enthusiasm they apply to tractor work. Prior agricultural or horticultural experience is required.
Responsible for overseeing the mat products harvest and production teams as well as carrying out mat products production and harvesting tasks. Overseeing and implementing maintenance of equipment and carrying out general farm worker duties.
