Harrowden began as four separate turf businesses serving distinct parts of the country. Now we’re a national horticultural grower specialising in turf, wild flower turf, sedum and topsoil .

We are also a national distributor for all things horticultural – plants, seeds, tools, bulbs and everything you need to plant, prune, feed, spray and spread. In this sector there is no room to stand still so our culture of innovation means continual improvement, depot development and an ever-expanding product portfolio.

We strive for consistency from planting to the delivery of the end-product.  Similarly, we operate the same systems, production processes and methodologies across all our sites. All our farms can irrigate during dry spells and supply can be switched between farms if severe weather conditions threaten. Our market leading delivery service is delivered via our own fleet, via partnerships with reliable specialist hauliers and national pallet networks. All of which equals greater access to our products. Our local depots mean lower journey times, increased delivery reliability and mean fresher turf on arrival. The ability to offer priority services and accurate ETAs gives you the ability to plan your work effectively.
