George Davies is one of our biggest resellers who take great pride in delivering fresh, quality turf to their customers. In place and on time whether it is for a domestic property or a commercial development. Based in the Midlands their business is based on exemplary service and a great product. Delivering turf quickly and in perfect condition, ready to be laid immediately. Their service is entirely geared towards achieving this. As a result they have earned a reputation for a quality service and consistent reliability.
George Davies Turf has been through many evolutions in the last 20+ years. George has remained at the forefront of the business, always pushing the boundaries. Now they supply 1.4 million rolls of turf a year, with 8 lorries on the road doing up to 20,000 timed deliveries a year. There may be a growing team on the ground and in the office but George is still passionate about turf. GDT started out delivering a goal mouth’s worth of turf at a time and now their fleet of lorries can carry a whole football pitch worth of turf in one go!
